Is Fronius backup instant?
No. Fronius switches over in about 10 to 15 seconds, which is fine for the fridge, lights and pump. If you need no break at all, Sigenergy or FranklinWH switch in milliseconds.
What does Warranty Plus cover?
Parts, labour and transport anywhere in Australia, for 10 years on a GEN24 installed by 31 December 2026 and registered on Solar.web. Without registration it is 5 years, so we register it for you.
Where are they made?
The inverters are made in Austria. The Reserva battery is made in China, and the Reserva Pro's modules in Poland.
Can every Primo take every Reserva?
No. A single phase Primo takes the Reserva 6.3, 9.5 and 12.6, and the smaller Reserva Pro sizes. The biggest batteries need a three phase Symo. Your design only offers combinations that work.
